- 一、艦隊ヨリノ通報ニ依レバ在＠＠我領事ハ左件ヲ探聞セリト 其一、同地ニ在ル露国領事ハ在旅順陸海軍官憲ハ西方ニ手段ヲ尽シ出撃ヲ＠ムヘシト ノ訓令ヲ如何ニシテ伝達スヘキ旨＠比得＠ヨリ接受シアリト 然レトモ＠領事ガ既ニ「ジヤンク」＠ヲ利用シ之ヲ旅順ニ送達シタルヤ否ヤハ未タ明瞭ナラズ、 其二、旅順ノ敵ハ極力＠案ルノ敗報ヲ秘シ居ルガ如ク而シテ刻下ノ急務トシテ弾薬ノ輸 送法ヲ補充シツツアルガ如シ 二、斉藤少佐報告ノ要旨左ノ如シ（本件ハ本月十四日＠十八日派遣シ二十三日旅順ヲ発シテ＠来シタル＠ ＠ノ＠ナリ） 其一、十九日来ノ、戦三ニ於テ我砲弾ハ武庫ノ附近及び市街内ニ落着セルモノ多＠街上ニ於テ＠ ＠ハ老鉄山、白玉山南麓及＠珠＠砲台ノ北方等ナリ
