- 通報 九月二十二日午前十一時 於柳樹房 一、連合艦隊ヨリ本月十七日旅順ヲ去リ鳩湾ヨリ支那船ニ乗リ避難セントシタル露国商人 （牛肉商）ヲ＠捕訊門シタル結果ヲ通報セリ其内ヨリ陸軍ニ関係ヲ有スル事項ヲ摘出スレバ左ノ如シ 市間ノ風説ニ依レバ皇帝ハ陸軍ハ最後ニ降伏スルモ可ナルモ艦隊ハ是非共浦汐ニ逸 出スヘシト勅令セラレタリト云フ但シ此ノ如キ風説ハ屡々アリテ往々事実ニ違フコトア レバ信ヲ措キ難シ現ニ旅順ニテハ「クロパトキン」ノ大軍＠ニ＠房店＠南下シ一ヶ月ノ内ニ 旅順ノ救援ニ来ルトノ風説アリ又遇＠ハ波羅的艦隊＠ニ金州湾ニ来リタルノ風 説アリテ一時大ニ喜ビタルコトアリ関東報ハ九月七日以来発行ヲ停止＠サレタレバ兵員 住民
