- 通報 九月二十一日午後二時 於柳樹房 一、守田少佐報告ノ要旨左ノ如シ（旅順内部ニ関スル情報） 的ハ我日本軍ノ砲＠確実ニ＠＠内ニ命中スルヲ以テ近日昼間作業ヲ停止シ破損 艦艇ノ修理ハ夜間ニ於テ施行スルガ如シ而シテ我砲＠ハ大小＠＠内ニ＠達スルコト 猛烈ナリシモ未ダ致命機関部ヲ破壊スルニ至ラズ故ニ辛＠シテ夜業ヲ以テ艦艇 ノ応急作業ヲ為スコトヲ得、 ＠＠ノ南岸黄金山下ニ尚ホ多量ノ「カーヂフ」＠日本＠ヲ貯存スルカ故ニ当分船＠内ノ＠作業田燃料ニハ窮乏セサルガ如シ、 敵将「ステツセル」ハ今尚ホ関東総督府ニ安＠シツツアリ此頃我砲＠一発其内柱ニ 命中シ非難ニ供スル地洞ハ船＠内ノ海軍提督府附近ニ二伯、白銀山市民病院ノ 西方山腹ニ一伯
