- 第六号附録 一、海軍速射砲陸上砲架ニ就テ 二、＠＠ニ就テ 黒井海軍大佐 三十七年七月稿 黒井海軍大佐 海軍速射砲陸上砲架ニ就テ 一、安式四十口径十二拇砲ヲ陸上砲架ニ装載シテ之ヲ陸戦ニ使用スルノコトハ南亜戦争ニ際シ英国カ巳ニ之ヲ実行シタルトコロニシテ其効果ノ著大ナリシコトモ亦＠ホ世人ノ耳目ニ新タナルトコロナリ我海軍現有ノ十二拇陸上砲架ハ則チ「スコツト」海軍大佐ガ南亜戦争ニ於テ「レヂースシス」占領後更ニ北進ノ目的ヲ以テ＠ニ陸軍ノタメニ製作シタル鋼製車輪式砲架ニ横シタルモノニシテ只其異ナルトコロハ彼レニアツテハ運搬用ノタメ架尾ニ一戦車ヲ有スルト我ニアツテハ之レ無キノ一黙ナリトス 二、我海軍ニ於テハ十二拇陸上砲架ハ
