官房第四一〇五号　連合艦隊第三六号ノ二八　昭和十二年七月二十五日宿毛旗艦陸奥　連合艦隊司令長官　海軍大臣殿　潜水艦糧食品増給ニ関スル件上申　当隊所属潜水艦ニ対シ本年度後期訓練中自、八月一日至、十月三十一日ノ期間左記ノ通糧食品増給致度候條御認許相成度　記　現行規定　増給ヲ要スルモノ　事由　白米日額六〇〇瓦　麦一二〇瓦　白米　日額七二〇瓦給与トシ圧搾麦ヲ支給セズ　潜水艦勤務ノ実情ニ鑑ミ且前記期間ハ酷暑、作業繁劇、大演習施行等ノ為乗員ノ労度過大トナルニ付上記ノ通白米ノ増額給与ヲ必要トス　生果物生野菜六四〇瓦ノ全部又ハ一部換給　生野菜ハ普通艦船同様五二〇瓦支給シソレ以外生果物日額二〇〇瓦又ハ缶詰果物一七〇瓦以内増給
