- 呉鎮機密第三一六号 昭和十一年十月十四日 呉鎮守府副官 海軍省副官殿 要塞地帯視察嫌疑者調査ノ件通知 一、発見及調査ノ概要 去ル十月七日午後二時三十分頃呉航空隊付近ニテ作業中ノ呉海軍建築部土工山口武ヨリ左記要旨ノ電話ニ接シ不取敢呉憲兵分隊ニ通知シ之ガ真偽調査ヲ命ジタリ其ノ報告別紙ノ通 「上リ第八列車午後二時五分頃呉航空隊付近通過中一等寝台車中ヨリ怪シキ一外人写真撮影ヲ為シタル様見受ケタリ」 二、所見 其ノ後発見者タル土工ニツキ調査シタルニ本人ハ撮影ヲ現認シタルニ非ズ単ニ本人ノ認メタル車中ノ人物ノ姿勢（憲兵
