- 技研機密第三三三号 昭和十一年一月二十五日 海軍技術研究所長 海軍艦政本部総務部長殿 部外者研究実験援助ニ関スル件依頼 財団法人理化学研究所所員理学博士深川庫造ノ研究ニ係ル艦底塗料ノ実験ニ関シ日本各地ニ於ケル海面ヲ使用シテ試験致度ニ付援助ヲ得度旨同氏ヨリ申出有之候処本件ニ関シテハ理化学研究所長ヨリ艦政本部長宛実験依頼方ヲ出願セバ各工作庁及工作部ニ於テ試験ヲ行ヒ得ル便法有之旨回答致シ候処早速其ノ手続ヲ執リ願書提出致スベキモ海中浮遊微生物ノ産卵期ハ概ネ二月中旬ニシテ且既ニ本邦亜熱帯地方ニ於テ実験ヲ為スベク準備
