軍事機密受第二六一号 機発第二七号 衛生材料取扱規則第八条ニ依リ下ミ関衛戍病院保管戦用衛生材料検査報告別紙之通リ下ミ関要塞司令官ヨリ差出候間及進達候也 明治３３年６月２９日 第十二師団長 井上光 陸軍大臣子爵 桂太郎 軍事機密 丙第一二号ノ二 戦用衛生材料検査報告 本年６月１５日下ノ関衛戍病院ニ保管セル当要塞戦用衛生材料ヲ検査ス其景况左ノ如シ 戦用衛生材料ノ現在数ハ別紙過不足表ノ通リニシテ其内繃帯箱担架ハ悉皆完備シ医療嚢繃帯嚢ハ旧式品ナリ又要塞医扱ノ内容品ハ未タ備付ナシ 保存手入ノ景况良好ニシテ薬物消毒繃帯材料ハ未ダ更新シタル者アラズト雖 漸次院内消費ニ供用シ新品ヲ以テ補足スル計画ヲナセリ諸器械
