６―(３)樺太方面軍 昭和二〇・九・一八 宛次官 北管参情第一九五号 樺太方面状況(九月十二日以前) 一樺太方面ヨリノ脱走者ノ言ニ依レバ(確度甲)大泊(トンナン) (豊原東約三十五粁)及「留多加」附金ニ於テソ軍ノ食糧(米食肉野菜)及衣服寝具類ノ掠奪ハ相当烈シキモノアリ右局地的且占領直後ノ一時的現象ナルベキモ若シ之ヲ以テ樺太全般ヲ推セバ本年冬季ニ於ケル民生ハ極度ニ逼迫スルモノト思料セラルヽヲ以テ先ヅ速カニ不法行為ノ停止ヲ要求シ現地実査ノ上所要ノ対策ヲ講ズルノ要アルモノト認ム 二細部ニ関シテハ情報左ノ如シ (１)「ソ軍」海軍ハ大泊ヲ基地トシ昼間ハ中知床岬ノ線ヲ哨戒シ艦船ヲ配置シアリテ連日砲声ヲ聞ク(我ガ密航船ヲ砲撃シアルモノカ
