機密 第五二号 大正十三年十二月二十三日 在紐育 総領事 斉藤博 外務大臣男爵幣原喜重郎殿 商務職員当館事務所使用ニ関スル件 曩ニ行政整理ノ必要上商務官々制ノ廃止方法決定後更ニ商務職員トシテ之カ存続ノ義ニ関シ西商務官宛御電訓有之、之ニ依レハ商務職員ノ事務所ヲ当館内ニ置キ従来商務官事務所ニ使用セル雇員ヲ解雇セシメラルヽ様御来示相成候処右ハ商務職員ヲシテ当館事務所ト其ニ当館現在館員、雇員等ヲ使用セシメラルヽ御趣旨ニ有之候哉 実ハ御承知ノ如ク当館々員トシテ副領事一名(一般事務)官補三名(調査、照会往復其他ノ雑務)書記生三名(会計、電信、証明其他ノ雑務)邦人雇員一名(文書浄書、旅行者等ノ当館気付書面ノ整理及雑用)
