(ケ) 通商局関係 外務省通商局分局設置ニ関スル建議 社団法人大阪実業協会 外務省通商局分局設置ニ関スル建議 政府ハ目下産業貿易ノ進展ニ関スル諸機関ノ整備改善中ナリト聞ク之カ事項中吾人ハ大阪ニ於ケル外務省通商局出張員事務所ヲ拡張シテ通商局分局ト為シ諸般ノ事務ヲ処理シ得ルヤウ改善スルヲ以テ急務ナリトス、我大阪ハ本邦商工業ノ中心ニシテ阪神両港ノ貿易ハ我国総貿易ノ七割ヲ占メ之ニ伴ヒテ最近外国市場ニ邦品ノ輸入阻止ニ会ヒ内国工場ニ生産統制ノ問題続発ス、為ニ阪神当業者ハ本省トノ交渉頻繁トナリ屡々東京ニ往復スルノ不便不利アリ然モ従来ノ出張員事務所ノ機能ヲ以テシテハ十分現地ノ実状ヲ詳ニスルコト甚タ困難ナリ之ヲ敏捷ニ処理解決
