(３) 大東亜省機構関係 大東亜省(総理説明) 九月一日閣議決定大東亜省設置ニ関スルニ関シ閣議席上ニ於ケル内閣総理大臣ノ説明ノ要旨御参考ノ為送付ニ及ビ候 内閣書記官長 茲ニ更メテ申ス迄モナイ事デアリマスルガ、大東亜戦争ヲ完遂シ、大東亜建設ヲ完成スルコトハ帝国不動ノ国策デアリマス。而シテ大東亜戦争ノ完遂ト大東亜建設ノ完成トハ、実ニ不可分一体ノ関係ニ在ルノデアリマシテ、大東亜戦争ノ完遂ト即チ取リモ直サズ大東亜建設ノ完成其ノコトデアルト断言シテモ過言デハナイト存ズル次第デアリマス。今日、帝国ガ大東亜戦争ニ勝チ抜ク為ニハ、急速ニ戦力即チ戦争遂行力ヲ増強スルコトガ喫緊ノ要務デアリマシテ、而カモ戦争遂行力ノ増強ノ為ニハ、大東亜領域ノ精神力
