U NO.５米国 第五号 生糸茶改税約書和文 英文伊達中納言 東久世中将 大隈四位 米公使 英公使 伊公使 仏公使 独公使明治二年己巳四月二十一日 千八百六十九年六月一日 米 第五号 生系茶改税約書 一八六九年六月一日 明治二年四月甘一日 約書 約定 東京ニ於而慶応二寅年則西洋千八百六十六年に取結たる約書第二ヶ条生系并茶之税者前三ヶ年中平均相場之五分に基き双方何れ之方よりも右税を改むる事を求むへきを掲載せり 日本政府各箇条に基き則税額を改むる事を求め外国知官事并副知官事及ひ仏蘭西大貌利太泥亜伊太利亜独乙北部聯邦亜墨利加合衆国之公使集会し右求を協議商量之上政府ニ代りて左之約定を決定せり 第一右約書ニ添ゆ税額に基き取立たる生系
