仏商ウエーウ箱館商又三郎外四人蚕紙販売違約一件 丁卯九月 仏商ウエーウ又三郎外四人ニ係ル蚕紙売買違約一件 丁卯九月 丁卯九月六日 箱館におゐて 一千八百六十七年第十月三日 箱館運上所頭領役人貴下 蚕種紙をミストル、ウヱーウ望に付日本商人へ取極之約定に予も関係いたし居候然るに右蚕種を或る方に而隠し置又ハ市場より船積すへき由を承知せり右様の偽計を以て輸出いたし予に損失且不都合之差起り候節ハ運上所の引受ニ相成へく候間其殿申立置候諸民の公法取行ふハ予が権中に心得あれは其手段を用ひ且仏朗西政府ヘ申立其補償を受け候様可致候間此段御申立置候恭敬 フリー、デラルビル 手記 卯九月七日 南川兵吉訳 丁卯九月 箱館運上所御役人中江
