箱館方雇木村隆吉支那行請願一件 丙寅九月 丙寅九月 諸術実地為研究外国或船え乗組往返之儀奉願候書付 木村隆吉 私儀年来外国商船作法等心得度奉存少に書籍にて取調罷在候処書籍上の之にるは何分隔靴之限不少悲歎之処今度英商ブレッキストオン手船アキンド号同人乗組立帰り支那領上海香港へ向ケ不日に出帆之趣承知仕内情問合候処同人儀香港に御座候船艦製造所へ掛合向有之罷越候様承知仕候仍之幸なる機会にも御座候間在中アキンド号へ乗組商船諸事取扱向并に運用測量術は勿論彼地に至り船艦製造所取建方等に至るりて心得置候ハヘ渡来御為免筋にも可相成奉存候間実地為研究御用透之間往返乗組被仰付候様仕度尤右に付別段御手番等は不奉願候間何卒御聞済置被下候様仕度此段奉願候以上 九月
