丙寅正月二十五日 四十四号 千八百六十六年第三月十日 江戸に於て 外国事務執政閣下に呈す 去る第一月十八日附第九号の書翰にて余御軍艦奉行木下大内記より閣下に荷蘭ドルドレフトに於て開陽丸同様たるフレガツト船を造立せんことを勧めん事を頼みたり且又荷蘭の貿易会社は日本政府より前払を為さづとも右船出来の後年賦にて船の価並之船の諸具及兵器の価を払ふことあ貝ば右船を懸立ん事を好める事を彼れに告知したり但し具書翰の写しを余謹んて此書に添へ呈す 然るに木下大内記君は右書翰を請取れるや否大坂え出立したるを以て多分被れより閣下に再度のフレガツト船造立の事を相談せざるたし或ハ然ふざるとも余ハ未た上に載たる書翰の返簡を得ることたるりし
