蘭国「ドンクルキユルシユス」本条約書交換委任 己未八月二十八日 第二百三十七号 江戸に在る外国事務の任を蒙れる「ヒユンネヱキセルレンシー」尊称間部下総守及ひ脇坂中務大輔へ 千八百五十九年第九月二十六日於出島 余心を痛めて已むを得す台下に長崎の事情及ひ其地の政務に対して多く嘆くへきことの起れる様子を報す余思ふに其処置或は台下未たこれを知らさるか或はもしこれを知るときは江戸の高貴なる政府にて全く廃棄するならん 日本の全権等より新条約を和議せるの後余に切に証していに千八百六十一年より前に者「チブロマチーケアケント」江戸に来らさるへきことを亜米利加の全権とも約定したりと且亜米利加の全権にも一書を以て右のことを余か閲せしと同様の趣にていひ贈れりと 又近頃長崎奉行
