- 第十六 日本「リスアニア」国間通商航海条約締結問題 我国ニ於テハ国際貸借関係ヲ改善シ輸出貿易ヲ振興スルノ目的ヲ以テ無条約国トハ速ニ通商条約締結ノ方針ニ則リ「リスアニア」国トノ間ニ条約関係ヲ設定スル為曩ニ昭和二年六月以降在独大使ヲシテ在独「リ」国行使ヲ通シテ右商議開始方ニ関スル「リ」国政府ヲシテ在独「リ」国行使ヲ通シテ右商議開始方ニ関スル「リ」国政府ノ意向ヲ確メシタルトコロ同行使ヨリ「リ」国政府ハ欣然応諾スヘキ旨回答シ越セルニ付該商議ノ基礎トシテ大体本邦ト「チェコスロヴァキア」国間通商条約ニ些少ノ修正ヲ加ヘタルモノヲ採用シ爾来両代表者間ニ幾多ノ折衝ヲ重ネタル結果遂ニ昭和五年四月本件妥結ノ運ヒニ至リタルヲ以テ五月二日伯林ニ於テ前記長岡大使ト在独「リスアニア」国
