広東治水費並広東港及其通路改修問題ニ関スル件 大正十二年十二月広東治河事宜処(Board of Conservancy Works of Kwangtung)総工程師 G.H. Olivecrona ヨリ在同地首席領事ニ対シ従来ノ広東治水工事経理ヲ詳載セル上一九二四年度治水費トシテ二十七万三千弗ヲ関税ヨリ支出スル様支那政府ニ勧告方依頼セル請願書ヲ提出シ領事団ヨリ北京外交団ニ伝達ノ上中央政府ニ対シ右ノ趣旨徹底方尽力アリ度旨願出ツルトコロアリタルカ領事団ハ之ヲ充ト認メ直ニ北京外交団ニ伝達セル処外交団ハ治水工事続行ノ必要ハ認ムルモ関税剰余ヲ対外債務ニ充当セル残余ノ支途決定ハ支那政府ノ自由ナリトシ何等本件促進ノ手段ニ出テサリシヲ以テ広東治河事宜処督弁及総工師ヨリ再三同様ノ願出アリ
