奉天票問題ニ関スル件 附一、奉天票相場変動ノ原因 二、奉天票相場変動ニ因ル在満本邦人経済界ノ影響 昨年十一月郭松齢事件勃発以来頽勢ニ傾キタル奉天票相場(建ハ金票、単位ハ奉天票)ハ本年五月以降ヨリ激落ニ激落ヲ重ネ其ノ最高最低相場ノ懸隔ハ従前ニ比シ著シク増大シ各附属地ニ於ケル我方取引所ニ於ケル銭鈔取引ハ屡混乱ニ陥リ為ニ満洲経済界ハ異常ノ動揺ヲ来シタルカ右ノ事態ニ顧ミ頻リニ奉天票ノ救済策ヲ講究シタル奉天省当局ハ八月初頭俄然極端ナル態度ニ出テ各種禁令ノ発布反則者ノ＠通貨相場及物価ノ公定其ノ他民間団体ヲ操縦シテ通貨取引ノ妨害ヲ行フ等百方奉天票相場ノ釣上ニ腐心シタル結果八九月両月ハ高率ナル脅怖相場ヲ示現シ銭鈔取引ハ
