支那商標法承認問題ニ関スル件 大正十二年五月支那政府ニ於テ制定公布シタル商標法並同法施行細則ノ承認ニ関シテハ北京外交団会議ニ於テ屡々論議セラレタルモ列国ノ態度容易ニ一致ヲ見ルニ至ラサリシカ客年治外法権調査委員会開催以来列国政府ニ於テモ漸ニ本法承認ノ必要ヲ認メ来レルカ如クナリシ処本年五月支那外交部ニ対シ米国ハ本年九月一日ヨリ本法ヲ自国人ニ適用スルコトヲ承認スル旨通告シタルヲ始メトシ英伊両国ハ本法承認ノ用意ヲ有シ且本法ヲ自国人ニ適用スルニ必要ナル手続ヲ採リツツアルコトヲ通告シ葡国モ亦本法ノ即時実施ニ同意スル旨ヲ通告シ其他ノ国ノ多数モ大体本法承認ニ決シタル趣ナルカ本邦ハ従来本法承認ノ必要ヲ認メ居レルヲ以テ
