支那ニ於ケル本邦取引所ニ関スル件 支那各地ニ於ケル本邦取引所並類似会社ノ取締ニ関シテハ従来絶エス深甚ノ注意ヲ払ヒ来リタル処先般＠財界不況ノ為不健全ナル業態ニ陥リタルモノ尠カラス之カ整理ノ必要アルコト認メラレタルニ依リ当省嘱託ノ専問家ヲ現地ニ派シテ詳細ニ調査セシメ取引所本来ノ目的ニ副フヘキ健実ナル基礎ノ下ニ置カムトスル為之カ取締ニ必要ナル命令発布方ニ付鋭意考究ノ結果略ホ成案ヲ得タルモ其後各取引所ノ営業益々不振ヲ極メ減資解散臨時休場等相次テ起レル状態ナルニ鑑ミ此際直ニ取締命令ヲ発布セムヨリハ寧ロ今暫ク成行ヲ注視スルコトトシ今日ニ及ヘリ
