勃海及黄海沿岸漁業ニ関スル件 一、山東省龍口沖合漁業 昨年度ニ於テハ漁期早々山東角石厘処方面ニ於ケル日支漁民ノ係争ヲ始トシ其后漁戒丸事件、巴丸及力丸抑留事件等紛議ノ発生二三ニ止マラサリシヲ以テ本年ハ明年ノ経験ニ照シ相当戒ヲ要スルモノト条＠セラレタルカ幸ヒ支那軍艦海＠ノ不法行＠事件ノ外一二ノ軽微ナル事件ノ発生ヲ見タルノミニテ了レリ右ハ支那関係民ノ最モ反応ヲ有セル「トロール」船ノ数減少シ且出漁船自ラ訓練ヲ経タル＠メト農林省派遣監税船初＠丸及関東庁巡羅船遠＠丸カ交互ニ漁村及属海区域ニ游才シ出漁各船ニ対シ積極的ノ＠告ヲ与フル等漁村ノ保監視ニ当リテ特ニ厳重取締ヲ励行シタル為ナリ 他方支那側ノ漁業取締振ハ何等統一ナク例年活躍ヲ見タル芝罘水上警察署巡邏船モ本年ハ全然取締ノ任ニ就カ
