西比利亜居留民救済問題 第一引揚者ニ対スル救恤 撤兵ニ伴ヒ西比利亜地方ヨリ引揚ケタル居留民ノ数ハ沿海州方面ニ於テハ三千二百七十四名(外ニ鮮人三千八百七十一名)樺太対岸方面ニ於テハ二千四十四名ヲ算スル処之等引揚者及現ニ西比利亜地方ニ残留スルモ撤兵ノ際他ノ地点ヨリ引揚ケ来リタル者ハ遠クハ日露戦役近クハ露国政変及西比利亜事変ノ為損害ヲ被リタル者ニ対シ致府カ救恤金ヲ交付スルコトニ決シタル前例アルニ鑑ミ這回ノ引揚ニ対シテモ同様政府ノ救済ヲ仰キ度キ趣旨ヲ以テ本省宛直接ニ又ハ代表者ノ手ク経テ請願書提出中ナリ右ノ中既ニ提出済ノモノ沿海州方面八百二十六名此金額二千九百三十五万五千三百六円ニシテ(客年十二月二十六日調)
