機密 受第二六号 機密第百三拾六号信 秘密書類ニ関スル費用別途支出方請求之件 先頃来当公使館附青木陸軍少佐ト申合セ軍機処ニ出入スル一清人ヨリ清政府ノ機密書類ノ一部分ヲ手ニ入レ民大ヲ得共右ハ秘書目録ノ第二号ニシテ最モ大切ナル第一号目録ハ之ヲ得ルコト能ハス甚タ遺憾ヲ為候ニ付更ニ右清人ニ重賞ヲ懇ケ試ニ第一号秘密書ヲ是セ呉ヘ其様ニ懇嘱致候末頃日辛フシテ手ニ入レ得ヘキ運ヒト相成候即チ其書類ハ清国ノ内閣ト目スヘキ軍機処ノ編集ニ係リ其目録ニ就キ必要事件ノ書類ヲ取寄セ候ヘバ清政府内実ノ行動ヲ慥カメ得ヘク将来非常ノ利益アルヘシト為ニ尤モ右人物ハ候知人両三名ヲ語ラヒ相働キ候ニ付得ル所ノ全員モ同人ヲ経ラ其仲間ニ分配スル次第ニ有之候間右ニ対スル費用ハ左ノ如クニ有之候
