八月 台湾在留清国臣民取扱方ニ関スル件 台乙第八五六号 受第九三二四号 台湾在留清国臣民ハ素ヨリ帝国臣民ノ例ニ準シ取扱ヲ可キハ勿論ニ有之候処其居住営業ノ権利ハ他ノ条約各国臣民ノ例ニ準シテ制限セラルルヲ以テ取扱上自ヲ錯誤ヲ来スノ虞有之候趣キヲ以テ別紙写ノ通取扱民主得相定雑居地所在各県知事ヘ通達致候旨台湾総督ヨリ報告有之候ニ付別紙ハ御参考ノ為及回付候也 明治三十年八月十二日 拓殖務大臣子爵高島鞆之助 外務大臣伯爵大隈重信殿 本島在留清国臣民取扱方心得 一 本島ニ在留スル清国臣民ハ各開港市民外国人雑居地区域内ニ限リ居住営業ヲ許ヘキシ但本年五月四日府令第十七号ニ依リ許可ヲ得テ外国人雑居地区域外ニ寄寓スル者此限ニアラス
