太平洋航路ニ付請願書 茶業組合中央会議所 請願書 受第四九四〇号 近時日露時局ニ際シ日本郵船会社東洋汽船会社共ニ持船ノ多クハ御用船トナリ為メニ過般来両社太平洋航路ハ中止ノ姿ト相成居リ是レ国家ノ大事実ニ不得止次第ニ可有之而シテ各国トノ貿易上今ヤ最モ忽セニス可ラサルノ時機ト存候就中本業ノ如キ目下新茶ノ季節ニ向ヒ毎年五六月ヲ以テ専ラ米国ヘノ輸出頻繁ノ時ニ有之加之米国ヨリノ注文続々有之候場合ニ当リテハ仍ホ迅速ヲ要スヘキ儀ニ御座候然ルニ前顕ノ如キ汽船ノ航路中止ノ為メ其影響彼我ノ貿易上不便不尠依テ此際太平洋航路ニ在リテハ季節間可成従来ノ通リ開通相成候様右両会社ニ対シ御下命被成下度此段請願仕候也 明治三十七年四月十八日
