直輸貿易啓発之義ニ付請願 請願書 謹テ書ヲ外務省通商局長杉村濬殿閣下ニ呈シ直輸買易啓発之義ニ付請願仕候顧フニ我国買易業ニ於テ同業組合産業組合法律之制定アリ海外商品標本陳列所之設置アリ団体トシテハ買易協会其他幾多之斯業機関アリテ公私共ニ直輸貿易奨励ノ与論ニ傾注シ是レガ計営ヲ成フモノ敢テ尠シトセズ然レトモ未ダ曽テ著シキ効果ヲ収メ得ル能ハザル所以ノモノ葢シ責任ナキ事業家ガ是レヲ試ミルノ致ス所ニ存ス是等之弊害ハ直取引ヲ遂行シ得ベキ価値アル真正ノ斯業家ヲシテ益一種ノ危険ヲ感ゼシメ内商為チニ躊躇シ外ニハ海外ノ商估ヲシテ信用ヲ失墜セシメ依然トシテ本邦居留外国商人之仲介ニ頼ルノ外ナキニ至ラシム此仲介者タル外国商估
