総領事不在中ノ代理者ニ関スル件 公信第四六号 総領事不在中ノ代理任命ニ関シ「ベンガル」政庁ヨリノ照会ニ関スル件 曩ニ飯嶋総領事帰朝ノ命ニ接セラレ候ニ就テハ総領事ハ出発ニ先チ客月二十一日附ヲ以テ印度政府外務省并ニ「ベンガル」政庁ニ向ケ附属甲号ノ通リ其不在中ハ小官館務ヲ処理スヘキ旨通告セラレ小官亦事務引継ヲ了シタル上四月二十七日附ヲ以テ前記ノ官憲ニ向ケ附属乙ノ号ノ通リ同日ヨリ小官ニ於テ館務ヲ処理スル旨通告致置候所今般「ベンガル」政庁ヨリ本月九日附ヲ以テ附属丙号千八百八十五年四月二十三日附命下度政府外務省ノ回文添付ノ上附属丁号ノ通リ総領事ハ其代理官ヲ任命スルノ権限ヲ与ヘラレタルモノナルヤ承知シタキ旨照会有之候
