明治二年 一、外国商船出入港税ヲ改メ噸税法設立一件 一、日本人外国船ヲ買入ノ節船税徴収ニ関スル一件 類纂提要 外国商船出入港税ヲ改メ噸税法設立一件 八ノ一ノ二 日本人外国船ヲ買入ノ節船税徴収ニ関スル一件 八ノ一四 各国出入船噸税并買入船税 外務類纂第六門租税部五号之二 明治二年正月十日西暦千八百六十九年二月二十日貿易定則第六則ニ基キ各国ノ商船出入港ノ節従来其船司ヨリ手数銀ヲ収ルト雖モ公平ナラサルヲ以テ船ノ大小ニ従ヒ噸税ヲ収メテ然ル可キ旨来示ニ応シ他日条約済各国ト再議ス可キ旨独公使ニ答書ス原本ニ独公使ノ来翰散逸シテ見ヘストアリ十月十六日再ヒ独公使ヨリ外国船出入港ノ節定例収ムヘキ手数銀ヲ廃シ噸税ヲ収ルノ義各国政府ト協議イル可キ旨申出タリ
