公第一四五号 大正十一年十二月十四日 在未蘭領事館事務代理黒木時太郎 外務大臣伯爵内田康哉殿 未蘭市ニ於テハ未蘭見本博覧会ヲ組織シ一九二〇年四月之ガ第一回ヲ開催シ以後毎年四月十二日ヨリ向フ十五日間開催スルコトニ決定シ本年モ来ル四月十二日ヨリ同二十七日迄之ガ第三回ヲ催スベク既ニ各種ノ準備ニ着手シ居レリ同博覧会ハ広ク出品人ヲ内外ニ募リ商工業ノ発達ニ貢献セントスルヲ目的トシ一九二〇年度即チ第一面ニ於テ商取引ノ取極ヲ見シコト実ニ九億二千七百＠利ニ上レリ第二回即チ一九二一年度ハ世界的恐慌ニ基因セシガ為メ多大ノ減少ヲ見タルモ尚三億九千三百二十三万五百利ノ商談締結ヲ見タリ之参加セシ国民ハ十七＠国ニ亘リ内七＠国ハ政府ノ代表ニ係ル
