自明治十三年 独逸フランクフルト、アム、マイン開設鉱泉学博覧会参会出品一件 坤南第子〇三拾五〇＠ 来明治十四年五月独乙国「フランクホルト、アム、マイン」ニ於テ鉱泉学博覧会開設候ニ付本邦ヨリモ出品相成度旨＠国公使ヨリ照会致来候ニ付承諾之旨四答致置候右往復書面相添及御通知置候也 明治十三年十月三十日 内務卿松方正義 外務卿井上馨殿 以書簡致啓上候陳ハ別紙差上候科目書之通リ来年五月ヨリ十月マデ我国「フランクホルト、アム、マイン」ニ於テ鉱泉学博覧会致開設候間閣下ニ御通知申上候右開設ニ付貴国ニハ衆多必要ナル温泉有之候間其種々ノ用法ヲ熟知瞭解スル「貴国ノ為メニ緊要ト存候就テハ貴国ノ温泉ヲ蒐集シ御送付被下候ハヽ幸喜ト奉存候将
