大肚川ニ電灯設置計画 公第七五号 大正九年七月二十九日 在掏鹿分館主任近藤信一 外務大臣子爵内田康哉殿 大肚川ニ電灯設置計画ニ関スル件 晩近両三年来満鉄沿線原以東東山奥地一帯ノ重要都市ニ於ケル紳党実業者間ニハ頻少ニ電灯設営熟職ニシテ掏鹿大＠疽朝陽鎮山城子等何レモ電灯設営ノ計劃アリシカ昨年十二月掏鹿電灯公廠ノ開業ヲ先駆トシ次テ山城子モ己ニ営業ヲ開始シ其ノタ都市ニ於ケル本事業モ遠カラス完成開業スル至ルヘキモ最近情報ニ依来宮琦ニ拠レハ大肚川ニ於テモ亦電灯設営ニ計劃アリ同地実業家李瑞廷等発企トナリ当分四千灯内外ノ需要ヲ見越シ資本十二万円ヲ以テ株式組織ノ電灯公司設立ヲ目論見中ニテ本邦人ノ投資ヲ慫慂シ尚発電機械電線及附慮品等具入方ニ付テモ本邦人ノ翰旋ヲ
