福州電気股＠有限公司 一六 公ヂ一三六号 大正七年八月十五日 在福州領事代理森浩 外務大臣男爵後藤新平殿 福州ニ於ケル電気会社ニ関スル件 本件ニ関シ取調方今般台湾総督府高田殖産局長ヨリ依頼有之侯ニ付別紙之通及回報侯条右御参考迄ニ及相送付侯 敬具 福州ニ於ケル電気会社ニ関スル調査 福州ニ於ケル電灯事業ハ政府許ノ下ニ設立セラレタル一電気会社ノ独占ニ係ルモノナルガ同会社ハ社名ヲ福州電気股＠有限公司ト称シ福州福新街新港ニアリ資本金ハ大洋銀百二十万弗、内払込九十一万弗シテ董事長劉崇偉、技師長劉崇倫ナリ送電電圧ボトルト数ハ高圧二千三百「ボリルト」、低圧百十「ボリルト」、ニンテ六十週波ナリ又灯数ハ十六燭光三換算シテ四万五千灯ナリ
