大正七年四月 明治四十年中竹下安次郎ニ対スル官有地借地権返納命令ニ関スル件 大正七年四月五日起草 同ヽヽ年ヽヽ月八日附 一通送第一六號 大臣 在安東森領事宛明治四十年中竹下安次郎ニ対スル官有地借地権返納命令ニ関スル件 本件ニ関シ今般竹下安次郎ナルヨリ別紙写ノ通願出ノ次第有之候條委細右ニテ法ア知ノ上御取納ノ結果何分ノ義法回報想成度此段申進候也 (別紙本年三月六日付竹下安次郎来御写) 御願 原籍熊本縣玉名郡緑林大字板楠五拾一番地 平民戸主出願人竹下安次郎 明治七年一月九日生 願意 右願人ハ明治四拾年六月三日仕ヲ以テ在安東帝國領事館ヨリ命令ヲ以テ財産権没収セシモニニ仕此人ノ財産権ムル安東縣官有地辛第三號五万九千四百坪
