明治三七年九月二十八日起草同〃年九月二十八日發遣 外務大臣男爵小村寿太郎 弁理公使宮岡恒次郎殿 家屋税仲裁裁判事件ニ関スル帝國政府弁駁書中ニ援引シタル文書謄本独仏英三國公使ヨリ請求ニ付交付方通知ノ件 家屋税仲裁々判事件帝國政府弁駁書第百二十頁及第三十八頁并ニ同附録第二十頁及第二十一頁中ニ論述シタル「レーキ」事件ニ関スル文書ノ謄本交付相成度旨明治三五年八月二十八日議定書第四條ニ依リ別紙甲號写ノ通リ独仏英三國公使ヨリ去十五日付連名公文ヲ以テ請求有之候ニ付右謄本調製ノ上別紙第乙號写公文相添昨日七日三國公使ニ送付致置候将又「レーキ」事件全体ノ真相ヲ明ニスルコトハ我ノ利益トナルヘキモノニ付長崎縣知事ヨリ「エドワ
