月日 番号 自誰 至誰 大意 明治二十三年五月二十四日 四 立田領事 岡部次官 朝鮮人均平社ナル者ヲ設立シ輸出貨物ニ対シ課税スルハ条約ニ違背ニ付廃撤方照会ノ件 別紙 注復書 六月七日 五 同 同 前件ハ近藤公使ヨリ統理衙門ヘ照会ノ来府伯ヘ右廃止方ノ電令アリシ趣云ス 二十三年七月一日 一一 立田領事 岡部次官 均平社ヲ廃止ト同時ニ二十五名ノ問屋ヲ設ケ新規則実施ノ義貿易上不都合ニ付云ス 別紙 自甲号至戊号 月日 番号 自誰 至誰 大意 二十三年七月一日 一三 立田領事 岡部次官 問屋規則ノ件ニ付京城行ノ伺 七月五日 電信 次官 立田 京城行ノ許可 七月二十八日 八五 近藤公使 青木大臣 釜仁両港問屋二十五名ノ制限ハ甚タ不都合ニ付外署ヨリ廃撤ノ関飭ヲ出サシメシ件
