明治二十四年 朝鮮国咸鏡道咸興及ヒ永興等ノ地方ニ於テ二重税徴収ノ義ニ付梶山公使ヨリ上申 (表)鮮国咸鏡道咸興及永興等ノ地方ニ於テ二重税徴収ノ義ニ付梶山公使ヨリ上申 月日 番号 自誰 至誰 大意 明治二十四年十二月九日 発第一五二号 在朝鮮公使 外務大臣 昨年来咸鏡道咸興及永興等ノ地方ニ於テ我行商者ノ貨物ニ課シタル二重税取戻方ノ義ニ付別紙甲号ノ通リ外暑ヘ照会シタル処同乙号ノ通リ回答有之即チ右返税方該衙門ヨリ咸鏡監司ヘ関飭可致趣ニ有之旨ノ来翰 別紙甲号 明治二十四年十二月二日付第二六号梶山公使ヨリ閔督弁宛別紙記載ノ税額速ニ返還相成様咸営使ヘ令達相成度旨ノ照会和文写 別紙乙号 辛卯十一月初四日付閔督弁ヨリ梶山公使宛咸鏡道
