9 公第三二一号 大正十四年四月三十日 在仏特命全権大使子爵石井菊次郎 外務大臣男爵幤原喜重郎殿 仏国社会党ノ主張スル資本税ニ関スル件 四月三十日附公第二九三号拙信ランステ当国社会党ノ主張ニ係ル資本税要項及報告置候処其ノ後本件ニ関シコチアン紙上ニ同党領禍タル氏オフルムノ執等セルー文掲裁有之敗郎栂極メテ味アル議倫ト鬼考セラし候ニ付別紙ノ通要訳フ上及報告候条却杳閲相成度此段申進候敬具 しオンフルムノ資本税論要諱 資本税ハ我社会党ノ立張ニ係ルモノナルモ之レランス必述的ニ我党派ノ平素ヨリ抱嬢セル社会主義的理想ヨリ割出サシタル新施設ナルカ如ノ解縲スル大ナル誤謬ニシテ吾人ハ決シテヨノ税制うステ我党ノ主義信条ヲ交映シ
