8 公第八四二号 大正十三年十一月十九日 在仏特命権大使子爵石井菊次郎 外務大臣男爵幣原喜重郎殿 賍在外国大公使自用品並大公使館公用品ノ輸人ニ際シ消費税免除方ニ関シ取調方ノ件 本件ニ関シ去八月七日附通総普通合第四三二号ヲ以テ御申越ノ次第有之早速当国外務省ニ問合ノ上御来旨ノ各項ニ付左記ノ通及報告候問御査閲相成度此段申進候敬貝 記 (一)怫国政府ハ在仏帝国自用品並帝国大使館公用品ノ輸人ニ対シ消費税ヲ免除シ居ルャ否ャ 怫国政府ハ帝国大使ノ公私一切ノ用品ノ輸人ニ対シ税関ニ於テ徴収スル総テノ消費税ヲ免除ス (二)若シ免除シ居ルモノトセハ該消費税ノ種類右免除ハ消費税taxe de congommation ノ外奢多税taxe de luxe
