５ 平文発電大正十三年三月二十日午後六時１分 送電番号二〇八二 起草大正十三年三月二十日 受信人名在仏石井大使 発信人名松井大臣 件名仏国ニ於ケル特許年税納付期間延滞免除ニ関スル件 綴込名各国税制関係 第一〇八号 仏国特許第五四二五〇四号(no.５４２５０４)(所加旨Naneslui Nawakami)及同第五四三九八七号(no.５４３９８７)(所加旨Nwangi Natvumavi)ニ対シ夫ル客年十月十九日及十一月二十八日＠ニ右特許ニ金シ客年度分租ヘ税納付スヘキ答ノ発九月一日ノ震災ノ為右ニ関スル納税通告書其ノ他関依書類焼失ンタル為今日追延滞ン状タルコト発見シタソ然処本邦ニ於テハ震災当時リ政処分ニ基リ接収収益ノ存候期間ニ関ン取候懈怠免除
