２ 主管通商局長主任(起草大正十一年七月五日)通秘普通第一二号大正一一年七月六日附 受信人名在仏松田代理大使 発信人名内田大臣 件名仏国馬耳塞港ニ出入スル旅客ニ課税スル件 綴入名各国税制関係雑件 今回西班牙国ニ赴任スル諸間書記生ガ郵船株式会社ニ於テ仏国馬耳塞港迄ノ船功符ヲ賭入セル際馬耳塞上陸ノ納金トシテ三十法ヲ徴セラレシ由ニ付当方ヨリニ納金関係ヲ同会社ヘ問合セ候処談納金ノ徴収ハ別紙写当在倫敦同会社支店ヨリ送付越タルヨリ始マリ以来談税金同会社ニ於テ負担支仏ヒ居リシガ近来馬耳塞港上陸客多数ニ上リ負担ニ堪工兼スルニヨリ来ル七日ノ横浜ヲ出帆スル北野丸ノ乗客ヨリハ各人ニ対シ三十法ヲ徴シ候由申出有之候右ニ付談課税
