大正八年二月 野口博士ノ黄熱病治療法実験ノ為メエクワドル国ヘ渡航ニ関スル件 大正八年二月二十日起草同々年々月二十五日附 通送第五四号 田中通商局長 杉山＠生局長宛 野口博士黄熱病治療方法実験ノ為メエクワドル国一渡航ノ件 エクワドル国ニテ黄熱病流行ノ為メ過般米国「ロツクフェラー、インスチテュート」ノ野口英世博士ハモノ昔見ニ係ル黄熱病治療ノ一方法実地試験ノ為メ同国ニ渡航シ三ガ結果ニ付研究中ノ趣ニシテ同地新聞紙ハ国民ニ対スル一大福音トシテ＠ニ歓迎致シ居ル旨今般在リマ斉藤領事ヨリ報告有之候間御参考迄右申進候也
