１８ 綴込名各国労働者関係 ６１１５在市俄本日帰 本省着 大正十二年四月 三十日分六四〇 内田外務大臣吉田領事代理 第一七号 今二十五日合衆国鉄道労働局ノ発表二依レハ全国ニ亘ル鉄道貨物掛員組合及鈕育「ヤンラル」等ヲ含ム十五鉄道ノ保線工業工場職工組合ハ一九三一年七月一日ニ低減ヤラレタル以前ノ貸銀ヲ復活ヤラレタキ旨ノ請願ヲ提出シ労働局ハ之ヲ受理セルモ目下委員中ニ欠員アレバ近日中ニ大統領ノ任命命令次第之ガ審査ニ取掛ルキ由ナリ尚新俸給ノ賃銀ハ貨物掛ハ毎時間十仙増シ保線工ハ現在ノ最高一時間三十七仙ヲ四十八仙五厘＠引上クルモノニテ請願組合員総数ハニ万ヲ越ユルト云フ。東京着大正十二年四月三十日 今二十五日合衆国鉄道労働局
