公第一三四号 大正八年十月六日 在紐育 総領事 熊崎恭 外務大臣 子爵内田康哉殿 米国労資協調大会開催ニ関シ報告ノ件 本年九月十五日付公第一二八号往信ニ関シ米国労資関係協調ノ目的ヲ以テ大統領ニ於テ予テ召集ヲ宣言シ居リタルThe national Jndustrial Conferenreハ愈今六日華府Pan-Gmerican Buildingニ於テ開会ノコトニ決定シタリ本件会合ニハ資本家ノ代表者ハ何レモ出席ヲ承諾セルモ労働側ノ代表者ハ出席セサルモノ少カラサル様子ニテ最近迄Brotheshood of Jrainmen and Firemen of Railroadハ本会議ノ趣旨ニ反対シ又タUnited mine Workers' Union
