第三欸 銑鉄及鉄鋼製品ト其ノ市価 一九二一年初頭「クリーヴランド」銑鉄ノ値段ハ未ダ曽テ見ザル高値ヲ呼ヘタリ是ヨリ先キ一九一九年四月三十日補助金及鉄工業管理制廃止ニ至ルマデハ銑鉄ノ値般ニ付堅実ナル管理行ハレ「クリーヴランド」第三号(No 3 Cleieland g. m. B.)ハ毎噸九十五志ヲ超ユルコト能ハサリシガ補助金撤廃セラルニヤ一躍百回搭志ニ昂騰シ一九一九年末下百六十志ヲ称フルニ至レリ爾来諸物価労働償金銀ノ昂騰ニ連シ一九二〇年末「クリーヴランド」第三号内国市場ノ値般毎噸二百二十五志ニ暴騰シ恰モ戦前値般ノ四倍半ニ達シ而シテ外国人ガ英国産銑鉄ヲ要スル場合ニハ更ニ毎噸弎十二志六片ノLeport
