３ 文書課発送 大正十一年八月十六日発送済 (起草大正十一年八月十四日) 通商普通合第三六五号 大正十一年八月十六日附 受信人名 別記六公館長宛 発信人名 内田大臣 件名 燐寸市況定期報告方ニ関スル件 綴込名 (燐寸)関係 本邦燐寸ノ輸出ガ進時支那内能産品及瑞典品ノ競争ニヨリ漸次販路ヲ侵能セラレツヽアルハ致ニヘ周知ノ事実ニ有之候処今後努メテ本邦製品ヲ改良精択シ主ニシテ南洋方面市場ノ関托確保ニ全力ヲ傾法スル予定ナル趣ヲ次テ参考上貴比ニ於ケル外国製燐寸ノ輸入数量及相場（毎月）定期ニ御通報ヲ得度旨今次日本燐寸同業組合連合会ヨリ願出次第有之候ニ就テハ＠々簡単ナル燐寸商況ヲ前書ノ上前記＠＠ニ関シ月次報告御提
