- 二一 大正八年拾月 錫塊、錫合金類及特種製品ヲ除キタル薬剤化学工業品ノ米国輸入解禁ノ件 一〇〇〇四 平 華盛頓 本省着 大正八年六月二十日前一一、四〇 内田外務大臣 出渕代理大使 第四三七号 戦時通商局ハpig tin及ビ一切ノ錫合金類ニシテ六月三十日以后原産地ヲ積出サレ八月一日以后輸入セラルヽモノナルニ於テハ之ガ輸入許可ヲ宣明スベキ旨六月二十六日付ニテ発表セリ 大正八年六月二十三日起草 同〃年〃月二十三日附 通合送第八四五号 田中通商局長 通商局 松本主税局長 岡本商務局長 若宮管船局長 立花拓殖局次長 別紙記載ノ向ヘ 宛 各通 米国ニ於ケル輸入制限緩和ニ関スル件 本件ニ関シ今般在米出渕代理大使ヨリ左記写ノ通来電有之候ニ付委曲右ニテ御了悉相成度此段申進候也
