大正四年三月 印度政府ノ小麦輸出直営ニ関スル件 二九二〇 平 カルカッタ発 本省著 大正四年三月二十三日前一〇、五五 后八、四七 加藤外務大臣 信夫総領事 第一三号 印度政府ハ小麦消費者ノ利益ヲ慮リ来ル四月一日以降明年三月末迄小麦ノ輸出ヲ政府直営トシ当業者ノ輸出ヲ禁止ストノ趣旨ヲ発表セリ政府カ輸出＠トシテ其所定ノ相場ニ依リ所定ノ数量ニ限リ所定ノ手数料ヲ以テ当業者ヲシテ買収セシタル小麦ハ政府之ヲ専ラ倫敦ニ転送シ同地ニテ当業者ニ託シ放売セシムル計画ノ由
