- 公第二三号 暹羅国財政ノ件 当国財政ハ三四ケ年以来雇英国人ヲ主任トシテ其整理及ヒ拡張ニ従事中ニシテ従来皆無ノ歳出歳入予算ノ如キモ既ニ年度ニ後レス調製スルマテニ相運居候得共当路者ハ深ク之ヲ秘密ニシ各省歳出入ノ予算額ハ勿論全般ノ予算額ニテモ勉メテ之ヲ隠蔽シ彼此之ヲ聞合候得共容易ニ其実ヲ吐カス会々之ヲ口外スルモノアルモ其数額齟齬シテ何レカ直正ナルヤヲ確ムルコト能ハス先般タイムス通信者モリソン氏ノ報告ニ由リ倫敦諸新聞ニ転載シタルモノヽ如キモ其実スマイス氏著書中ニ掲ケタル款項ヨリ割出シタルモノニ外ナラスシテ故ニ精確ナルモノトハ難認候得共帝室直轄ノモノヲ除キ歳入凡ソ二千万弗ニシテ歳出額ヲ超過スルコト凡ソ二百万弗又タ目下
